Hickert litigated business disputes for 15 years before he obtained his LL.M. in Taxation. Subsequently, B.J. has substantial experience as a business transactions and tax attorney. Jeff Ungerer, who is also a CPA as well as an attorney, has over 25 years of business transaction and planning experience. Bill Pitsenberger served as general counsel for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas for 30 years before he joined this law firm. Seamus Smith also has an LL.M. in Taxation and currently teaches business law at Benedictine College.
