Attorney William H. Pitsenberger has more than 30 years of experience as general counsel for a large health insurance company.  He currently aids Kansas business owners, health plans, insurance companies, health care providers and other organizations and individuals in reaching solutions for contract, compliance, corporate and other legal needs.  In addition, he represents veterans in appeals to the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veteran's Claims.
