Administrative agencies play a significant role in business and personal life.  The procedures and processes involved in agency hearings, and the appeal rights available as a result of those hearings, require significant and early involvement of legal counsel.  Additionally, issues arising out of administrative agency regulations often call for a fundamental analysis of the statutory and constitutional basis for such regulations.

The firm has resources and experience in representing corporations and individuals in administrative hearings before numerous administrative agencies, as well as appealing hearing orders to district and appellate courts.  In dealing with multi-million dollar issues before state agencies, the firm brings to bear a synthesis of constitutional and administrative law as well as close analysis of statutory authority for agency regulations in order to help clients achieve major settlements.  Members of the firm represent clients not only before administrative agencies, but also in appealing agency decisions in District Courts, the State Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court.
