Seamus Smith grew up in Overland Park, Kansas and is currently an attorney with the Creative Planning Legal, P.A., practicing in the areas of estate, business, and tax planning. Seamus worked for the firm of Newbery, Ungerer & Hickert LLP as a law clerk, then as an associate attorney, and is currently of counsel to the firm.
